What I did: Led creative for Coca-Cola, directing art directors, designers, and creative technologists to build culturally relevant campaigns that drove real business results. Created 1,000+ personalized songs for Share-A-Coke and helped turn Delta’s middle seat into a national brand moment.

What I learned: World-class creative should do more than win awards. It should earn attention, move culture, and drive measurable results.

What I did: Led creative for Kimberly-Clark and the Ernest Hemingway Foundation, building ideas that solved real problems and sparked conversation. From a Pandora station designed to help reverse declining birth rates to turning Hemingway novels into 15-second Instagram stories, the work blended culture, storytelling, and product innovation. I also helped create the world’s first mosquito-repelling diaper in Zimbabwe to help protect children from malaria.

What I learned: The best creative earns attention because it’s useful, unexpected, or impossible to ignore. Whether driving engagement, cultural relevance, or real-world impact, the strongest ideas connect with people in a human way.
